Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico Rio Grande

I stayed here for a weekend and would come here again. I had a great stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was awesome and next to the beach.

The hotel is clean, peaceful and has magnificent location near many tourist attractions.

I loved that the hotel was huge, fabulous with an excellent service. I had fairly priced room with balconies. Overall, I had a pleasant stay because of the helpful staff members.

The stay at this unique hotel was a warm one. The property had a great breakfast with eggs, cereals and bread to order. Staff was genuinely friendly, service was amazing, they shared some useful information. It was next to many local as well as Rio Grande, lovely location overall. Wi-fi in the reception, convenient.

The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was beautiful. Delicious breakfast, attentive service. Our room had a comfy bed and a delightful view. We loved this staying.

The staff was patient, the room was accommodating and accommodating, the view was PANORAMIC. The pool was clean, cheap breakfasts. Had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar.

The staff were accommodating, the room was luxurious and the location was absolutely perfect. The beach was sandy. Also, we could visit a scenic river, it was 5 minutes' drive away:)))

The hotel was picture perfect, the staff was fab friendly. I loved fairly quiet room, the bed was comfortable enough. The staff did all they can for an extra special stay. The location was enviable and the view was breathtaking, too. The restaurant onsite was magnificent, it served tasty dishes.

Clean place in functional style with all necessary facilities. Especially helpful staff was willing to help and made our stay awesome. Restaurant in hotel was great and the pool area was heated.

A gorgeous hotel in Rio Grande. Attendant is the best ever! Moreover, it had parking onsite. We had the buffet breakfast.

Enjoyable base for exploring Rio Grande. Our room was good sized. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Mirador.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas. Beds were dirty.

Easy access to what Rio Grande has to offer, only 4 miles to carabali rainforest park. Located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport. Nothing bothered me with the hotel...

Tempo is just a walk down to the hotel. Pool was amazing. The place was reasonably priced. All you need for snorkeling in Rio Grande.
